Utah, termination of parental rights

Part of a typed Utah court decree. It orders that the plaintiff be awarded care, custody and control of the minor children Kennety Ray Pittenger, Thomas Arnold Pittenger and Linda June Pittenger, subject to the orders of the Juvenile Court of the Third Judicial District of the State of Utah. Written by hand down the left margin, in a different hand from the document, are the words: Her parental rights were terminated 4-11-61. Unfit mother.

Salt Lake County, Utah, 26 October 1960. The court placed three of her five children under juvenile court supervision.

The handwritten note in the margin is not the court’s. I have not found the 1961 order it refers to. I am still looking.
